Called Brantley and explained we had termites. Ryan came out looked in the house and outside. Very polite explained the procedure what they do and what we needed to do. Set up a appointment, they came out on time and called when it was safe to come back into our house. We returned back into the our house the the termites moved out. Thank you so much.

We have used Brantley for years and they have always taken care of us. They call me every quarter to arrange a date/time to come by for quarterly pest control so I do not have to keep track or remember to call. They are always on time which is very impressive. Their team has also on several occassions gone above and beyond to rectify situations and provide great customer service. Great value and great staff! Very satisfied!

Changed my rating from 5 yo 3 stars. Beau was our original technician who set up tenting and was excellent. He saw preexisting drywood termite damage before we moved in and he tented and treated accordingly. I asked about bait atations and was told i didnt need them. My frustration begins 5 months later, present day. I called Brantley on a Friday morning after seeing a swarm of termites the night before.

The technician, Ryan, called me back and I was able to send him pictures of the swarm and he told me to leave them and he could come out on Tuesday. Tuesday morning he informs me that these are different termites and it is not covered under my warranty and that my house would need to be tented and liquid treated again, costing about $3k. Never mentioned bait stations.

I asked again about pretreatment and was told nothing was available. I got a second opinion and went with a different company who put out treated bait stations, liquid treatment, advice to deter future swarms, and inspection of the trees and the rest of the house.

They were great to work with over the phone, since I was away from the property for the season. they did a professional job and kept me informed at every step of the process. Services: Termite extermination, Bug & insect extermination

They tented my two story 1924 home for drywood termites. They have done work for me in years past on other property and everything went fine. They showed on on time, followed proper procedures and everything was secure during the process. Their own crews do the work rather than sub it out to others. The price was reasonable. The Brantley service rep was professional and thorough. He determined we had dry-wood termites and explained their tenting process, cost and warranty. We were scheduled, bags were dropped off and process thoroughly explained again. Brantley's professional tenters arrived on time and were careful not to cover our plants and shrubs. We received a phone call that our home was gas tested and that it was safe for us to return. Our house was as we left it when we returned. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

Application: tenting of my residential home. The crew was quick, efficient, and considerate of my property. No damage occurred, and the cleanup was excellent. I would recommend them to everyone, PS the cost was definitely in my ball court!
