Excellent service. Responsive and quick to get an appointment. I've been using Jones Pest Control for years with recurring mice problems in the home and every time they come over, the mice vanish in a few days. Never fails. I really really hate mice and they always take care of the problem as these critters arise. They take the time to go through your home and inspect all possible entry points and strategically place the poison traps. They get it right every time!

I had bed bugs. I called Jones and found out that they are now using the PSU developed product, Aprehend unlike the previous company that I used two years ago. The staff had several conversations with me and replied promptly, answering my questions with patience and without pressure. Two nice men came and treated my basement. Unlike with the standard chemical treatment, there was no vacating the house or extensive preparation. Also the cost was much cheaper to.

I called Jones Termite convinced of a termite infestation in my 3rd floor bedroom. I talked to chuck who explained termites on the 3rd floor are unlikely but offered to come out that same afternoon and have a look. He arrived promptly and assured me it was simply a colony of ants. After providing a detailed and informative comparison of ants vs termites, he advised me how to rid my bedroom of these ants simply with a vacuum and masking tape to seal off a crack in the ceiling. What a great and honest guy! Thanks chuck! I appreciate your time, and expertise-- will definitely keep you in mind and refer anyone seeking termite remediation.

We have been clients for 7 years. They always follow-up to set the appointment, sometimes needing multiple calls to get us to make time in a double-income family. They're always responsive when we ask them to make a special trip. They always work with us to schedule service at a time convenient to us. Their prices are also reasonable. I recommend Jones without hesitation.

Always, always, always get multiple estimates. People have been saying this for years and here is a great example. We recently had a very expensive new roof installed on our home. In the process the roofers uncovered what they said was active termite activity. Yikes! What's a homeowner to do? I called the big name in pest control. You know the one.
Their name begins with a "T." A very nice guy said yup, termites. A cure would be $2200+. Yikes again! Our second estimate was from Jones. Another very nice guy Chuck (Charles Applegate) inspected our property thoroughly and basically said out roofers were full of crap. No termites but a minor deal with carpenter ants that was cured when we installed the new roof.
Here was a guy that's in the business of selling a service and he tells me I don't need him. Businesses that are that honest deserve to be recognized and maybe this review will help. I may not need Jones now but you can bet they will be my first call if I ever have a pest control problem in the future!
