I called 4 pest companies (none were the big names) to come out so I could compare them apples-2-apples with what they proposed to do with our termite issue. The tech that came was very thorough, personable, knowledgeable and informative when giving me the free inspection and talking about the "course of action" for our bug problem. I researched for hours beforehand so I knew exactly what needed to be done and what questions to ask.

Communication was A+. We hired Aardvark to do the job and was impressed with their work ethic in terms of working neatly, staying focused, and leaving the exterior of our home in perfect condition. They also had a better rate then the other companies for the EXACT SAME treatment (hence, apples-2-apples). I'm glad I went with this company and recommend them highly. Have used this company for many years, just had a mouse problem in my garage and they came right out, had same problem last year and they came every week until they had it under control, very satisfied with my yearly plan they offer. STAY AWAY! Although they got rid of our mice, their exterminator destroyed a cherished wedding present, hid the evidence, and didn't tell anyone. We didn't know what had happened to it until we found the remains hidden behind our refrigerator! When we called them about it, the exterminator apparently told the company he hadn't reported it to anyone because he didn't think it was worth anything.

They eventually reimbursed us, but after everything on their webpage about how they "protect your home" and "know they're not just providing a service, " we were stunned by this kind of behavior. These people don't care about your home or you - they just want your money. Go with the real Aardvark (Aardvark Pest Management), instead of this worthless company lurking outside the city to dodge the wage tax.
