We used Joe in the past for termite prevention and to get rid of ants. If we were not pleased we would not have called him back for this treatment. Joe arrived on time, called before is arrival. Joe and his helper were friendly, very thorough and explained the whys and how's of the process. We will be using Royal Termite Control and highly recommend them. Joe was incredibly helpful both of the times we needed pest control. He came to our house immediately and provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I called Joe a couple years ago for a problem of flying pests inside my basement. They would appear and die very quickly. Joe recognized it as some type of termite(I forget exactly). He gave me a price which was much more reasonable than the other big companies. He did all the work front and back. He said we might have a few the following year and then be ok. Well a few appeared for a day or two and that was it. we haven't seen a termite thingy in two years. Highly recommend

Another service call from Royal Termite and another good experience. Joe Sullivan kept me updated about running late and arrived with apologies. Joes very professional and does great work.
