Had a Tenting done 2020 &got the warranty 2021 tried to have it done again as I have tiny ants all over my ceiling and roaches as well and they would not re-tent. Looking for an exterminator to help.

Scheduled an appointment when I was available within the week that I called. Punctual (even texted that they could be there early). Very knowledgeable and made sure the dog and child were safe with the sprays. Would definitely recommend. Service: Ant extermination

I purchased a mobile home and really appreciated how Aim ensured that all of the creepy crawlies stayed outside of the home! We are on a routine service schedule and have not had any issues with pests at all! They call us to make appointments when it is convenient for us, and they confirm prior to the appointments, AND show up when they say they will.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company is literally a joke. Made an appointment, never showed up, called and asked why, made up an excuse. Came 2 days later, send they would send an estimate, again 2 days later nothing, they are a bunch of liars and instead of apologizing they make up fake excuses. AIM does a great job, both on site and back office/customer service. Onsite, the products used are great. No smell or residue, pet and plant safe, and long lasting (I get bi-monthly service.). Domingo makes sure to get in all corners and crevices, and remembers special needs or requests from service to service. He always wears a mask and is very respectful of my home and pets.

The office team is also great. No pushing unnecessary services, billing is super simple with flexible plans and pricing based in needs. Being a native Floridian I've dealt with a lot of Pest control companies in my years. I'd place AIM among the top and recommend them to anyone in their service area.
